BJJ FAQs

Do I need previous experience?

No. All levels are welcome, including complete beginners. You don't need to be strong or especially fit to start.

Gi or NoGi – what's the difference?

Gi means training in a kimono: technique, control, grips and positional work. NoGi means grappling without a kimono: MMA, self-defence, dynamic movement and competition. Both styles are on the schedule.

Does the trial session commit me to anything?

No. The trial session is free and comes with no obligation.

Where does training take place?

At EVLTN Martial Arts Gym, Bergstraße 93, 12169 Berlin-Steglitz. U9 Rathaus Steglitz, buses 186, 188 and M82.
