Hosting and log files
When pages are accessed, our hosting provider collects server log files to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the website. These may include the IP address, time, requested file, volume of data transferred, HTTP status, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The retention period depends on the hosting provider's settings and serves to prevent misuse.
Visits to this website
The counting of page views without cookies is described in the section “Cookie-free audience measurement”.
Booking, trial training and membership (bsport)
The timetable, trial pass and membership checkout are provided by bsport (widgets and redirection to booking). When you use a widget or complete a booking, bsport processes the data required for this (such as your name, contact details, class selection and payment). bsport's terms and privacy information apply. The legal basis for integrating these services on our website is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiating and fulfilling the booking) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (operating the live schedule).
Widgets may store technically necessary information on your device when loaded. Payments are handled by bsport, not on our servers.
Contact
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete enquiries once they are no longer needed for their purpose; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. WhatsApp's terms apply when you open the WhatsApp link.
Studio dashboard
Under /admin, we set a session cookie so that authorised people can manage classes, the team, photos and legal texts. The cookie is necessary for login (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, operation of the studio). Visitors to the public website do not receive this cookie.
Fonts and media
Fonts are served through our own website, not from a font CDN. Photos are stored on our servers or in the media storage connected to the studio.
External links
Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or OpenStreetMap lead to third-party websites. The respective provider's privacy information applies when you visit them.
Google Maps
You can load a Google map on the contact page. The map is only embedded when you select “Load map”. Your browser then transmits data (such as your IP address) to Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC, USA. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can use the page without the map; “Profile on Google Maps” and “Get directions” open Google in a new tab.
Google's privacy information applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), in Berlin with the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR).
Cookie-free audience measurement
We count visits to individual pages of this website (such as the homepage or trial training page) to see which offers are being found. We operate this counting ourselves on our servers. No cookies are set, no data is stored on your device and no user profiles are created.
Only the requested path, the calendar date (Europe/Berlin time zone) and a counter are stored. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, location data or referrers for this purpose. Counters are deleted after 90 days. This measurement does not involve any transfer to third parties, in particular to the USA.
Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, this does not constitute the storage of information under Section 25 TDDDG. To the extent that the counters could constitute personal data at all, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data-minimising audience measurement without third-party providers).
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count the visit.
