Before your first session

At what age can children start training at EVLTN?

From age 3. Krav Maga Minis for ages 3–5, children's self-defence for ages 5–10, and Teens Krav Maga and Teens Kickboxing for ages 11–15.

What do children learn in training?

Self-defence, confidence, discipline, respect and mental strength for everyday life. Training is age-appropriate: playful for Minis, with Krav Maga and kickboxing for the older groups.

Does the trial session commit me to anything?

No. Your child can try training in any age group for free, with no obligation. No previous experience is needed.

Where does training take place?

At EVLTN Martial Arts Gym, Bergstraße 93, 12169 Berlin-Steglitz. U9 Rathaus Steglitz, buses 186, 188 and M82.

For children & parents

Cleanliness. Respect. Team spirit.

We create a safe, clean and respectful training environment where everyone can give their best. Please follow our rules – for your own benefit and everyone else's.

  • Clean mats

    Always wear slides or flip-flops in the gym. Leave outdoor shoes at the entrance.

  • Clothing

    Only train in clean, suitable sportswear. No outdoor clothing on the mats.

    For children: Children must wear our official gym training clothes.

  • Hygiene

    Wash your hands and feet before training. Short fingernails, clean clothing and fresh gym kit are required. No jewellery or watches.

  • Health

    Please stay home if you have symptoms such as a fever, cough, skin problems or open wounds. This protects the whole team.

  • Respect

    Respect your coaches, training partners and the gym. Listen, be on time and always give your best.

  • Cleanliness

    Keep the gym clean and tidy. Put equipment back in its place after training.

  • Phones

    Keep phones off the mats. Give training your full attention.

  • Valuables

    We accept no liability for lost or stolen items. Please look after your belongings.
